Welcome to Vrickel. By accessing or using our marketplace platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

2. Marketplace services

Vrickel connects clients with independent freelancers. We provide the platform, escrow-protected payments, messaging and contract tooling, but the working relationship is between you and the freelancer or client you contract with.

3. Payments & escrow

  • Milestone funds are held in escrow and released only upon approval.
  • Freelancers may withdraw approved earnings subject to platform fees.
  • Fees are disclosed at the point of purchase or contract creation.

4. Prohibited conduct

  • Providing false information or impersonating others.
  • Circumventing platform fees or payments.
  • Posting unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
  • Harassing, threatening or defrauding other users.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Vrickel a limited license to display and process that content to operate the platform. Deliverables are owned per the terms of your contract.

6. Disputes

Disputes regarding contracts, deliverables or payments should first be raised with the other party. If unresolved, our dispute resolution team will review the case based on evidence available on the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vrickel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any contract between users.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
